I just got back last night from my trip to Punta Cana and it was seriously so beautiful and amazing. It was definitely one of my top favorite trips of all time, I just wish it lasted longer. I am going to do a big recap post tomorrow, including a bunch of photos from the wedding! If you follow me on instagram, then you already saw some sneak peeks from the trip and I hope you enjoyed following along on my DR adventure. :) I didn't really do any individual outfit shoots, except for this casual day look. I realized when traveling, I much rather do a huge compilation of photos of everything from my outfits to the scenery to fun with friends and food, etc. that way it really allows me to just be in the moment and truly enjoy myself.

I did some shopping for the trip and there was an upside and a downside to it. When traveling off season, it's difficult to find things however when you do, everything is on clearance! I scored some major deals for this trip, including this $7 skirt from H&M. I also found some great things on the clearance rack at Bloomingdales, which I will get into more tomorrow. I wore this simple outfit over my bathing suit to head down to the pool & beach. Skater skirts + crop tops, sandals and a floppy hat are a great travel uniform!
