1. Diffuse your favorite aroma therapy oil - ours is Lotus scented
2. Use your go-to cleansing wash/gel to freshen up your face!
3. Scrub your face to improve blood circulation!
4. Then use a clay mask to soak up all traces of dirt and grease from your pores!
5. After cleaning your face, pamper yourself with a rich and moisturising cream or why not with an oil!
6. Don't forget about the lips!
7. Give yourself a great foot massage and put on your fave socks!
8. Coffee, some biscuits, and we are ready to get back to studying!
