Yesterday was beautiful! It was in the mid to high 60s, which for me totally felt like spring. I can't even tell you how amazing it felt after so many cold days. It's so crazy because I know that for some people in other parts of the world, 60s & 70s feels like winter to you. For me, it was even a little taste of summer! [lol] Maybe I am over exaggerating, but regardless I had to take advantage. I've been so tired of wearing pants all the time so I had to show some leg for a change. :)
This outfit was inspired by both spring and Easter. Both things instantly make me thing of colors, especially pastels and white. I noticed that lately I had been in such a dark and neutral color phase. It was time to switch things up and match the brightness of the day. As soon as I saw this mint moto jacket, I fell in love with it. I was honestly surprised because it was only $25 at Forever21 and it looked like it would be a bit more expensive. I've been waiting to wear it, but truthfully had no idea how I wanted to style it. So, I decided to do some color play! I paired it with this floral print skirt and a grey long sleeve top. I then added these white pointy flats because I thought that they were a little unexpected. I'm really trying to do more casual outfits with flats so I've been looking to add more shoes like this to my wardrobe. These are so comfortable! And my favorite way to finish off any casual outfit and add some chicness is by doing a big messy bun.
Happy Good Friday!
Wishing you all an amazing Easter weekend with your loved ones. <3
